Delage Type G 1907 “El bisabuelo de los Grand Prix”

Three of this Delage tipo G were built for the Paris – Marseille race in 1907. In that Grand Prix, one unit was destroyed after running off the track. In 1945, another would disappear after a German bombing raid. However, the last unit is still alive and forms part of the collection of the Fundación Jorge Jove. It represents a unique example of the ancestors of Formula 1.
